👕 How DRMERS CLUB Lowers Their Returns Rate
This Vancouver-based apparel brand, DRMERS CLUB, earns over six figures per month with its fun, leisure streetwear designs. 🔥
The Gen Z focused brand offers a wide product assortment, over 100 SKUs, and inclusive sizes that range from XS to XXL.
The challenge? With so many color and size options, they needed to add some plugins that made the purchasing journey more seamless for the customer.
Here are a few Shopify apps they use to optimize their PDP experience and help customers find the perfect fit to keep customer satisfaction at an all-time high and with lower returns.
1️⃣ Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender: Create size charts for your PDPs to reduce returns and increase customer satisfaction.
This app can also make size recommendations based on customer data.
Shoppers can view this information and decide if they want a perfect fit or something more oversized based on their style preferences.
2️⃣ Product Colors Linkify: Do you have a lot of different color variations for products? This plugin makes it easier to showcase these colors with swatches on a PDP and allows you to set a different price, description, and picture for each color. 🎨
3️⃣ Instafeed: This app makes it easy to integrate Instagram content onto your site and show off social proof.
Create shoppable feeds using images and Reels from your IG page so customers can shop using style inspo.
Shoppers can also use these visuals to compare how sizing looks on the model compared to a real person out in the wild.
The clothing brand uses this plugin on its Community tab, which showcases UGC content from its customers worldwide and how they style their DRMERS CLUB outfits.
