In terms of campaign timing…
Searches for Valentine’s Day TikTok content start rising as early as the first week of January before accelerating in the first half of February, peaking at 3.9 billion weekly video views. 🚀
TikTok users are highly engaged during this period and they are looking to buy so make sure you have videos that nudge them along the customer’s buyer journey! 💰
Consider these V Day buying habits:
Take advantage of these Valentine’s Day hashtags:
In the weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day…use hashtags like #ValentinesFinds, #ValentinesOutfits, #ValentinesDayRecipes #ValentinesMakeUp.
There are specific hashtags associated with many niches including Apparel, Beauty, and Cookware so find one that works well with your brand.
Shoppers are looking for ideas on how to make Valentine’s Day special. Position your product as a must-have to encourage likes, saves, and shares.
💡 Work with creators and ask them to share their #ValentinesHaul and emphasize how your brand product brings couples closer together.
And don’t forget…about niche audiences
Shoppers who aren’t celebrating Valentine’s Day still are in the gifting mindset.
Use hashtags like #GalentinesDay, #PalentinesDay, and #SinglesAwarenessDay if your product works better for these audiences.
Consumers are actively searching for Valentine’s Day content and engaging heavily with creators and brands. Make sure to max your visibility on search with these popular hashtags so they double tap your content and spread the love. 💗
