🎁 How Graza’s Gifting Offers Push Customers To Spend More
We LOVE how Graza prepped their site for Q4 gifting. 🤩
Not only is their ecommerce store easy to navigate, but the olive oil brand also does a great job of getting customers to spend more with these clever tactics.
Here are some changes they made to their site to prepare for the influx of Q4 holiday shoppers.
1️⃣ Took advantage of valuable real estate: Graza’s homepage clearly communicates that they have giftable items by placing a holiday tab on their top navigation.
The copy in their top bar announcement section also calls out when customers should order for holiday delivery.
2️⃣ Created a gifting landing page: Their well-crafted gifting landing page allows visitors to toggle between three gift sets (at three different price points) without ever leaving the page. This makes it easier for customers to compare other offerings before making a decision.
On the right side of the page, customers can select their desired gift set and also decide if they want to up the quantity.
Customers who purchase more than a single SKU are rewarded with free shipping and a discount, which increases when their spending increases.
💡 This layout increases the likelihood of customers purchasing more than usual for cost savings and the promise of free shipping.
This is an easy way for Graza to up their AOV since they are selling a pantry staple and a consumable product.
3️⃣ Offered digital gift cards: On the same landing page, Graza also promotes online gift cards to target indecisive or last-minute shoppers.
They offer gift cards at different price points, with the lowest being $25 but as you can see on the right-hand side the image features a $100 gift card to influence customers to spend more.
4️⃣ Seamless bulk gifting: Graza’s gifting tactics don’t stop there.
They also teamed up with gifting platform Zest to make it easier for customers to gift items to multiple recipients by checking out only once.
The clean and minimal gifting landing page is easy to follow so customers can select their desired item, input addresses, write a message, and choose a shipping date.
